The proposal would allow the subdivision of 171 Acres in 17 lots, some as small as 5
acres. Currently the zoning allows no smaller than 20 acre lots.
We as a community are against this proposal. In signing below I am stating that I am
AGAINST Nester's proposal, bill # 249.
