SUBJECT: TRAFFIC CODE AMENDMENT
140 KINOOLE STREET
PASSENGER LOADING ZONE
It was brought to our attention that the "AFTER HOURS CLINIC", located at 140 Kinoole Street
has ceased operations. The Downtown Improvement Association has confirmed this for us, see
attached documentation.
We request Ordinance 03-41 be repealed, and the associated item in Chapter 24, Article 10,
Division 6, Section 24-287, Schedule 35 (passenger loading zones), Subsection (c) South Hilo
be deleted from the Hawaii County Code.
