The Downtown Improvement Association has confirmed this for us, see attached documentation. We request Ordinance 03-41 be repealed, and the associated item in Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 6, Section 24-287, Schedule 35 (passenger loading zones), Subsection (c) South Hilo be deleted from the Hawaii County Code.
