collision damage insurance offered through your pCazd, rather than paying for collision insurance.
Enclosed, please find the pCazd Guide to Benefits that explains the MasterRental Insurance coverage

Masteraental is a smart waY to save when you rent a vehicle br 31 consecutive days or less. Mastedtental is an insurance
program.
Now to get coverage:
• Simply inNdte enure rental agenry's security deposit and pay tonne entire rental transaction (tar, gasoline, orb airport lees are
not considered rental charges) with your card. If a rental agenry promotion of arty kind is imtrelly applied toward payment of the
rental whick, at least one day of rental must be charged m your MasterCard caN; and
• Decline the CollisbruDamage Wainer and the personal effecs insurance oNered by the rental agenry; and
• You hhe [ardhaUer) must renI the whide in your awn name and sign the tar rental contract. Coverage does not apply if you
pay for someone else m rent the vehicle.
• Coverage be ins when you pick up the vehicle and ends when you return it, limited to a maximum 36mnsecutive-day
rental period.
• MasterRental will not Pay for or duplicate the ColbsionlDama9e Waiver coverage offered by the rental agenry.
• If your debit card is not accepted for check~in by the rental agency:

The kind of coverage you receive:
