Compliance of Condition H -Fair Share Contribution

We acknowledge receipt of your June 22, 2004 letter with Check #3872 in the amount of
$29,288.19 and cash of $0.02, total amount of $29,288.21, for the required fair share
contributions relating to Condition H of Ordinance No. 96 117. Enclosed is your receipt.
The fair share contributions are for the 44 residential units of the Holo Holo Ku
development. The total amount of $29,288.21 reflects fair share contributions for Police
($173.35/unit), Fire ($342.39/unit) and Solid Waste ($149.90/unit) Facilities, including
the 3-year adjustment of the Honolulu Consumer Price Index.
We have acknowledged that Parker Ranch has established $339,479.30 in fair share
credits for park and recreational improvement, and $200,032.00 in fair share credits for
road and traffic improvement obligations, as part of the Parker 2020 development. Per
Parker Ranch's request, said credits will be reduced by $158,113.16 for park and
recreational and $140,486.25 for road and traffic fair share contributions for the 44
residential units.
