Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 96, Drafr 3, which amends
Condition C by requiring a maximum of fifty residential lots (not including roadway or other
such lots). Condition M is also amended by changing "must" to "shall."
Some of the proposed amendments suggested by the four residents of Kohala Ranch are
already addressed in existing conditions of Bill No. 96, Draft 2. Others proposed amendments
that were suggested are not recommended to be conditions required in a change of zone
ordinance.
