We have received your letter, dated April 27, 2004, requesting to extend the performance
period for the CERT ,grant # EMF-2003-GR-0363, from July 31, 2004 to Mazch 31,
200. This request does not involve a scope of work change or cost increase, but solely
restricted to a time extension.
Based on the infomration provided and the need to meet the goals and mission of our
program, we will extend the performance period per your request for an additional 8
months.
We appreciate your continued effort in meeting the grant requirements and thank you for
keeping us informed as mitigating circumstances and special needs arise. If you have am
