Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 96, Draft 2. The proposed
amendments include conditions and language used consistently in similaz zoning bills. Other
amendments include:
1. Clarifying Condition E relating to water requirements for the subject property;
2. Clarifying Condition F, G, and H relating to roadway improvements;
3. Adding a new condition relating to public shoreline access; and
4. Adding a new condition relating to the bonding of infrastructural improvements.
