Alleged State Land Use Violation
Unpermitted Dwelling in an Agricultural District
Subject: Closing of Zoning Code Violation File
TMK: 1-6-106: 029, Tiki Gardens Subdivision, Keaau, Puna, Hawaii
Our zoning inspector conducted afollow-up site inspection on July 28, 2004 to the
subject property. It was verified that the 8'x10' meta] portable storage building which
was being occupied as a dwelling has been removed from the subject property. Thus this
Zoning Code Violation File is closed.
Please be advised that in the future, if you violate Chapter 25 in the same manner as
stated above, the violation will be considered as recurring and will be subject to an
immediate ftne, up to a maximum of $500 per violation. In addition, a daily fine may be
imposed.
