Operation of a Minor (Auto) Repair Establishment in an Ag District
Subject: First Time Extension Request
TMK: 1-6-105: 007, Tiki Gardens Subdivision, Keaau, Puna, Hawaii
Thank you for your letter dated July 26, 2004 requesting a time extension to complete
corrective action in the removal of all vehicles that are not registered to the owner of the
property.
Our zoning inspector conducted afollow-up site inspection on July 28, 2004. The site
inspection confirmed that two (2) vehicles have been removed from the subject property.
Based on your efforts to complete the corrective action listed in our letter dated May 12,
2004, we are granting a first time extension until October 12, 2004. Please keep us
informed of your progress.
