Re: Request for Acquisition Roadway Remnant
Holualoa 3rd - Kaumalumalu-Beach Sec N. Kona, Hawaii

Enclosed is a resolution which authorizes the abandonment and disposition of a
roadway remnant to Mr. Edmund A. Benech. The road remnant is approximately 909
square feet and we have determined that the fair market value is $27,270.00. This
value is $30.00 per square foot based upon the 2003 real property tax land valuation of
the adjacent parcels TMK: (3) 7-7-04-25 and 7-7-04:96.
