Hamasaki dated July 22, 2004, and Cindi Morgan, dated July 22, 2004; and Comm. 715.1: Similar letters from Linda West, dated July 23, 2004, and 127 others, dated July 22-27, 2004, expressing strong support for prompt resolution of any unresolved Hawaiian cultural issues impeding progress of the Alii Parkway and subsequently, immediate development of the desperately needed roadway improvement for West Hawaii. States the present traffic situation is completely unacceptable for the families and working people of South Kona.
