2004, expressing strong support for prompt resolution of any unresolved Hawaiian
cultural issues impeding progress of the Alii Parkway and subsequently, immediate
development of the desperately needed roadway improvement for West Hawaii. States
the present traffic situation is completely unacceptable for the families and working
people of South Kona.
