Over the past few months, discussion about concurrency, infrastructure and impact fee policies
have increased. To facilitate this process, I am proposing that the Council host a workshop
and/or conference regazding these topics. Your favorable consideration of this proposal is
requested.
It is my hope that this type of activity will bring us closer to addressing recent development and
infrastructure concerns, by providing an efficient opportunity for each of us to gather proficient
and useful policy information.
