We need to work closely with developer, Cliftos Kona Coast in <br /> addressing any major sensitive issues concerning the community. <br /> One of the major issues concerning project like this will be traffic. <br /> We are very positive that the developer has already address this issue and concern as outline in <br /> their project plans. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to testify- <br /> John Monis <br /> Lobbyist <br /> Comm.
