HOEISF is anon-profit organization representing both labor and management of the Operating Engineers Local Union No.3, which includes over 300 contractors and approximately 1,800 heavy equipment operators throughout the State. We support Bill 178 because of the many opportunities that will provide our members with employment in construction. We need to work closely with developer, Cliftos Kona Coast in addressing any major sensitive issues concerning the community. One of the major issues concerning project like this will be traffic. We are very positive that the developer has already address this issue and concern as outline in their project plans. Thank you for the opportunity to testify- John Monis Lobbyist Comm. No. q~ Ref.
