Solution to housing:
1. Increase on site affordable housing from 10% to 20%.

hotel units and transferring that amount to housing units.
Suggestion: Reduce Hotel units from 400 to 250 and increase
the multi family housing units by 150.
Solution to Roads:
1. Expedite the highway project from Airport to Honokohau by
contributing a greater amount.
You once offered to contribute to road design. What is actual
cost per mile? How about contributing $750,000 upfront instead?
Solution to excessive growth:
1. Consider phasing in the project
