Enclosed please find a letter dated June 22, 2004 from Christopher J. Yuen to Mr. Francis
Ouye regarding Determination of Pre-Existing Lots fer TMK (3) 1-5-002-024. The
letter states that the subject property consists of four (4) legal lots of record.
We would like to request that each of these lots be assigned a separate TMK. Should you
