AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 96-68, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1996 TO JUNE 30, 1997.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 96-68, As Amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1996, to June 30, 1997,
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
PUBLIC WORKS
Landfill Closure/West Hawaii Staging Area(s) [$9,500,000] $10.000.000

[Material Recovery Facility [$ 500,000]
(110-699-5691.11-115)]
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Fund Balance - Capital Projects Fund,
and/or Other Sources $10,000,000
SECTION 3., This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
