Salary Ordinance
For your consideration, is Bill 78, Draft 4 which essentially reverts proposals in Draft 3 to
the status quo of the Salary Ordinance of 1996. The exception to this is on Page 5 - (C)
in which the salaries of deputies in the Offices of the Corporation Counsel and
Prosecuting Attorney are made pursuant to Chapter 2, Article 26 (Bill 83).
