Hawaii County Housing Age
SUBJECT: Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute an
Agreement with a Master Developer to Develop the
Waikoloa Master Plan Affordable Housing Project.
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a Resolution Authorizing the Mayor to Execute an Agreement with a
Master Developer to Develop the Waikoloa Master Plan Affordable
Housing Project.
The Hawaii County Housing Agency reviewed and approved the
resolution at its meeting on August 31, 2004, and voted as
follows:
AYES: L. Elarionoff, F. Holschuh, B. Jacobson,
M. Tulang, J. Tyler, J. Reynolds - 6
NOES: None
ABSENT AND EXCUSED: J. Arakaki, A. Chung, G. Safarik - 3
Accordingly, I am requesting that this resolution be included on
the Council agenda for action at its September 15, 2004, meeting.
