Re: Emory Springer v. County of Hawaii. Civil No. 02-00289 HG/KSC
Pursuant to Section 92-5(a)(4), Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, we
request attorney-client confidential discussion in executive session to consult with the
County Council on questions and issues pertaining to its powers, duties, privileges,
immunities and liabilities regarding the legal representation of the County of Hawaii in
the above-referenced case. We ask that this case be placed on the council's agenda
