We do not agree with their assessment and continue to
stand by our original concems as expressed in our April 26 letter.
The proposed development, along with other similar projects proposed by the applicant, will
have a cumulative adverse impact on our two highways -Queen Kaahumanu and Mamalahoa,
particularly at the intersections of Kaiminani Street with both of these roadways. The developer
should be responsible to implement intersection and roadway improvements to mitigate the ~-1
impacts, as prescribed by our Highways Division. Comm. No._ -1
Ref.
