Comm. 708: "TRANSFER STATION ENHANCEMENT PLAN DATED MAY 2004
From Environmental Management Director Barbara Bell, dated July 21, 2004,
submitting the above plan, which was finalized as part of the ongoing
implementation of the County of Hawaii Integrated Solid Waste Management Plan.
Initial work and research was done as part of a grant from the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency. The plan was retined to meet the County's needs.
