RE: Bill No. 78, relating to salary grades for deputies of the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney and Office of the Corporation Counsel

The following salary schedule was provided by the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, as
recommended by the Finance Committee. The proposed salary schedule incorporates
both supervisory and non-supervisory positions, and breaks down remuneration in 2%
increments ranging between 50-90% of Mr. Jay Kimura's salary ($74,064).
