Re: Wendell Tangaro v. Joseph Botelho, et al., Civil No. 03-00211 DAE/LEK
The above-referenced matter was placed on the Council agenda for executive session
on September 15, 2004. However, we respectfully request that the matter be filed.
The reason for this is we incorrectly referenced the wrong case. The case was referenced
as Wendell Tangaro v Joseph Botelho et al. Civil No 03-00211 DAE/LEK, but should have
been M. W. Miranda Trucking vs County ofHawai i, Civil No. 01-1-0343.
