Attached is Bill 311, Draft 4. Council member J. Curtis Tyler, III suggested language to
distinguish between County constructed sewer extensions and privately constructed
sewer extensions. This proposed amendment, in Section 21-21.6 (a), now reads:
"All up blic sewer extensions constructed or contracted for construction by the County
shall be approved by resolution of the County council."
