This is to transmit Bill No. 309, Draft 4, which was the result of the following amendments made
at the Council's meeting on September 15, 2004:
Conditions J and L: Delete option to widen Queen Kaahumanu Highway, which leaves
requirement to construct Kamanu Street Extension
Condition J: Require curbs, .gutters and sidewalks instead of paved swales on Kamanu
Street Extension (second stage).
