Re: Operating Budget
Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating the in-
lieu fees and interests income from the fund balance account of the County Housing
Revolving Fund to the individual accounts. The funds will be maintained separately and
will be expended in accordance to the requirements of their respective housing
agreements.

A. RE UEST:
The Office of Housing and Community Development is requesting to amend the
operating budget to appropriate interest income from the fund balance account
to the individual appropriate accounts (see attached).
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED
The request is submitted as a "housekeeping" measure. The funds will be
maintained separately and will be expended in accordance with the requirements
of their respective housing agreements.
