Compliance with Condition L -Fair Share Contribution

We acknowledge receipt on September 16, 2004 your letter dated September 7, 2004 with
submission of Check No. 104 in the amount of $45,015.70 for payment towards the fair share
contributions as required by Condition L of the above-referenced ordinance. Enclosed is your
receipt.
The fair share contribution payment is for the proposed 10 residential lot subdivision. The total
amount of $45,015.70 reflects fair share contributions for Parks and Recreation ($3,798.04/lot),
Police ($183.22/lot), Fire ($361.88/lot) and Solid Waste ($158.43/lot) Facilities.
You have provided the sum of $550,000 for the cost of the land and road improvements for Ahi
Ahi Street extension right-of--way that traverses your property and will be dedicated to the
County. We acknowledge that this credit amount will be applied toward the fair share
contributions for road and traffic improvements. Per your request, the $33,746.30 will be
deducted from said credit and applied toward the proposed 10 lots.

In summary, the fair share contributions for the ten (10) residential lots are as follows:
Parks and Recreation: 10 x $3,798.04 = $ 37,980.40
Police 10 x 183.22 = 1,832.20
Firc 10 x 361.88 = 3,618.80
Solid Waste Facilities 10 x 158.43 = 1,584.30
Road and Traffic 10 x 3,374.63 = 33,746.30
TOTAL Fair Share Contribution Due $ 78,762.00
Less credit for Road & Traffic 33,746.30
Remaining Fair Share Due $ 45,015.70
Less Check #104 45.015.70
Balance on Fair Share Contributions $ 0.00
By receipt of the above $45,015.70 payment and credit, the applicant has complied with the fair
share contribution requirements for Parks, Police, Fire and Solid Waste Facilities, and Road and
Traffic Improvements under Condition L for the proposed ten (10) lots.
