Compliance with Condition M - Fair Share Contribution
Change of Zone Ordinance No. 00 53 (REZ 944)

We acknowledge receipt on September 28, 2004 your faxed letter dated September 23, 2004,
providing a revised Summary Appraisal Report with the amount of $26,500.00 for credit towards
the fair share contribution for roads and traffic improvements, as required by Condition M of the
above-referenced ordinance.
You have provided the sum of $26,500.00 for land value of the roadway for `Ili`ili Street
fronting the proposed subdivision that will be dedicated to the County. We acknowledge that
this credit amount will be applied toward the fair share contributions for road and traffic
improvements. Per your request, the required $24,813.44 will be deducted from said credit and
applied toward the proposed 8 lots. With this credit, you have now complied with the fair share
contribution requirements for the road and traffic improvements obligation under Condition M.
By our July 19, 2004, we have stated that you complied with the fair share contribution
requirements for parks and recreation, police, fire, and solid waste facilities.
