Attached for your review and transmittal is the above bill. At the last Committee on Planning meeting
held October 5, 2004, Bill 326 was amended with the following:
1. Condition M. Deleted
2. Condition O. [The applicant shall comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the
affected agencies, including the Department of Public Works, Department of Water Supply and
Department of Health.] The applicant shall comply with all applicable County State and Federal
laws, rules, regulations and requirements.
3. Conditions re-alphabetized and/or renumbered where necessary.
