Subject: Bill relating sewer se ' e charges
Attached for consideration is a bill that allows sewer customers to document accurate
readings of the discharge into the county sewer system and allows for customers to be
charged only for the amount actually discharged into the county system. I am requesting
that this bill be waived. Thank you.

Subject: Waiver of Attached Bill
Pursuant to Resolution No. 02-02, Section I(g) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the
Council of the County of Hawaii, this written request to waive the attached bill is being
submitted. This bill allows sewer customers to document accurate readings of the discharge into
the county sewer system and allows for customers to be charged only for the amount actually
discharged in the county system.
In viewing the reasons for the waiver, it is deemed advisable that this waiver be granted.
