T have previously requested and you have granted a deferral on these bills so that a presentation on the area's infrastructure could be heard by the Planning Committec of the Council. We have not been afforded an opportunity as yet to make that presentation. Because we were not aware that these items would be scheduled for the Council meeting both the applicant and myself are scheduled to be off island un the 15`" and unavailable to attend this meeting.
