Dea Mr. Arakaki:
As a nine year resident of the Koua Palisades subdivision, I would like to offer my
support for the Lokahi project proposed by Westl'ro. With the severe housing
sbo ge on the Big Island, and especially here in Koua, the need for homes is at a
crisi level Further, it is commendable that a builder is willing to produce homes
that ill be more affordable for the local people.
