Re: Resolution No. 255-04, Draft 2
We request that you replace Resolution No. 255-04 with the enclosed Draft 2 of this same
resolution. This resolution is scheduled to be heard at the Council Meeting on October 20, 2004.
Resolution No. 255-04 amends the Salary Ordinance No. 04-60 to add exempt classes of work
for persons employed by the Office of the County Council and Office of Housing and Community
Development whose pay is not otherwise provided for. Draft 2 of Resolution No. 255-04 adds the
following exempt class of work to Section 7.01 Office of the County Council that was omitted in
the previous submittal and is exempt pursuant to Section 76-77 (9) of the Hawai'i Revised
Statutes:

Enclosed is Draft 2 of Resolution 255-04 amending Salary Ordinance No. 04-60 to add
