Dear Council Members,
I urge for your upport of Comm. 804, Bill 350 which Include funds to update the
previous study (1990) and do a preliminary study of a sanitation system for downto in
Honokaa. We eally need a solution to provide all land owners affected by the EP
ban on Large Capacity Cesspools in Hawaii County.
I find It difficult and very expensive to install a septic system with the space I have
available.
Again, I would appreciate the adoption of Hawaii Resolution 84 HDI, during the last
legislative s" n to help our compliance with the EPA ban on Large-Capacity
Cesspools.
