Re: Deferred Planning Committtee Bills
I am recommending that Bill Nos. 75 and 284, including their respective communications that
have been deferred in the Council's Committee on Planning, be filed because they are out
dated due to the adoption of the new zoning code. If the Council feels that these bills should
be reintroduced, I will be happy to have my staff update the bills for the Council's
consideration.
Bill No. 262 is also recommended to be filed. The applicant, Majorie Hanson Stone, is
deceased and the subject property has been sold.
I am recommending that the following zoning bills be sent back to the Planning Department to
have not only their titles and contents amended but to also request updated information and
comments from the appropriate agencies pertaining to each property. I am anticipating that
these bills will need to be reviewed as new bills by the Planning Commission for their
recommendation.
