CERTIFICATE AND CONSENT
Romohana~Investors, a Hawaii Limited Partnership,
whose business and pqst office address is c/o Chiaki Matsuo,
35 Holomua Street, H41o, Hawaii, 96720, as Petitioner in
Docket No. A79-462 of the Land Use Conanission, State of
Hawaii, does hereby certify, pursuant to the Commission's
Rules of Practice and procedure, Part VII, Section 7-1, as
follows:

~ That by Decision and Order dated August 20, 1980,
~ in said Docket No. A79-462, said Commission reclassified
from Agricultural to Urban the land use district boundary of
certain land situated in the land division of Punahoa 1st
and Ponahawa i, South Hilo, Island and County of Hawaii,
comprising approximately 212 acres, as shaded in yellow on
11i the map attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit
"A", being further identified as Tax Map Keys 3rd division,
2-3-37:9 and 2-3-44 portion of 9.

That said reclassification from agricultural to
urban is upon the following conditions as set forth on Page
12 of said Decision and Order to which reference is hereby
I made:

! That the Petitioner shall prepare a drainage/hydrologic
f study of the subject property, to be submitted to the
~ County of Hawaii in conjunction with any proposed
r. change of zoning request. The Petitioner shall be
i required to make any drainage and related improvements
within the subject property and on adjacent property as
may be required by the Hawaii County Department of
Public Works.
