Please accept the attached signature petitions collected today in opposition of Bill 280, Draft 7,
These petitions were signed by ninety different business owners, managers and staff (and six local
customer and visitors) representing over 40 small businesses located within the Kailua Village
Core. Due to the short period between draft availability and the County Council hearing, the
petition was limited to three items of concern for small-business merchants within the Kailua
Village Core, which are as follows:
