RE: Bill 324, Draft 3 - Relating to Public Transportation
Enclosed for your consideration is Bill 324, Draft 3, relating to public transportation.
The changes between Draft 2 and Draft 3 are as follows:
(4) [4=4e] A designated transportation kokua area[s] shall terminate two years after its
implementation, unless extended or terminated by the Council.
The diacriticals were also corrected for all of the instances of the word kokua to kokua.
