350, Draft 1:

The amendment will increase the Fund Balance appropriation by $2,000,000 and increase
the expenses to the Planning Department for $2,000,000 to conduct Community
Development Plans around the Island. Community Development Plans will reflect the
future character of the districts, community values, its goals and its interrelationship with
other districts. Development plans provide the framework for medium-range planning,
and will give impetus to serious implementation initiatives.
This appropriation will fund some of the building blocks needed to coordinate and
prioritize infrastructure deficiencies in this County.
