SUBJECT: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TENSION F THE PUBLIC
SEWER FROM ALIT DRIVE MAUKA ACROSS WALUA
ROAD FOR BOLTON, INC
AT WAI'AHA, NORTH KONA, HAWAII - TMK: (3) 7-5-018:07
1 am submitting the attached resolution for your review and consideration in
accordance with Section 21-26 of the county code. An application from Leo
Fleming dated April 18, 2002 and a reduced map are attached as Exhibit A (due to
their large size, copies of the approved construction plans are being forwarded
under separate cover). The applicant proposes to comply with Section 21-28(a) of
the county code, whereby it will construct the sewer extension for the county and,
in return, receive stated benefits from the County for the stated period of time.
The Department of Environmental Management recommends approval of this
extension and payment mechanism. For this reason, please refer this resolution to
the Parks & Environmental Management Committee for its November 9, 2004
meeting.
