SUBJECT: Bill 327, Draft 2 - Proposed Amendments
Attached please find proposed amendments to Bill 327, Draft 2, which will be
heard by Council on Novcmber 10, 2004. The addition of now proposed condi on
C would also result in the subsequent conditions to be. re-alphabeti fed. I have
discussed these proposed amendments with Mr. FLdte and I believe he. on beta I If
of the applicant, concurs with all of them. He indicated he would be at the 11 $0
Council meeting to answer any questions you and other members of the Co ~il
