MAHUNA, POLICE CHIEF SUBJECT : MARIJUANA ERADICATION MISSION FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER 2004 The Hawaii Police Department conducted marijuana eradication missions on October 4, 2004, in West Hawaii, and on October 12-14, 2004, in East Hawaii.. As required by Resolution No. 46-01, reports indicating the number of plants eradicated and the number of complaints received from the public, the type of complaint and the complaint disposition are attached. Caller related that the helicopters were not over caller's residence and caller could not identify the helicopters but the helicopters were terrorizing the people. Keamo explained to caller that marijuana was eradicated from the area and all the rules were followed at which time caller because angry, called Lt.
