SUBJECT: Resolution 267-04, Draft 2
Attached please find a copy of Resolution No. 267-04, Draft, as amended and adopted by the
Council at its meeting of November 10, 2004.
Resolution 267-04, as amended by friendly floor amendment to Draft 2, shows that the $25,000
appropriation is credited to Friends of the Park - Miscellaneous Charges, and more specifically to
Kona Ali`i Friends of the Park - Kailua Playground. This is shown under the first "Be It
Resolved" clause in Draft 2 as follows:
"CREDITED10:010-500-5503.39.341 Friends of the Park- MiscellanCOns Charges $25,000.00
Kona Ali'i Friends of the Park - Kailua Playground"
