RE: Bill 341, Draft 3 -Relating to Knierim, Change of Zone Request.
Attached for your review and transmittal is the above bill. At the Council's last meeting this bill was
amended with the following:
1. Condition G(3). 20% replaced with 33%.
2. Condition L. Figures and text adjusted to reflect five (5) additional lots, instead of six (6). The
word "additional" included within the condition where appropriate.
