RE: Bill 359, Draft 2 -Relating to Betty Wung, Change of Zone Request.
Attached for your review and transmittal is the above bill. At the Council's Planning Committee meeting
held November 9, 2004 this bill was amended with the following:
1. Condition F. [wiakeij {(east)} mauka (west).
2. Condition O. [The applioant shall eemplywith all appheable laws, rules, regulatiens
The applicant shall comply with all
applicable County, State, and Federal laws, rules, requirements, and regulations for
the proposed development.
3. Condition Q. Deleted.
4. Conditions re-alphabetized and renumbered were appropriate.
Please note that there also appears to be an inconsistency in the acreage reported on the map and within
the ordinance itself. This matter needs to be corrected at the next meeting.
