Nauman vs. Paul Bugado, et al., <br /> Civil No. 04-00392 DAE\LEK <br /> <br /> We respectfully request that the following resolution be assigned to the appropriate <br /> Council member and committee, so that it may be taken up at the next regularly scheduled <br /> County Council meeting: <br /> <br /> 1. Resolution authorizing the Corporation Counsel, and his authorized <br /> representatives, to enter into an agreement with the individually named <br /> party, who is an employee of the County of Hawaii, to represent him <br /> in the civil action entitled Thomas G. Nauman vs. Paul Bugado, et al., <br /> Civil No. 04-00392 DAE\LEK. <br /> <br /> We further request that the resolution be waived past committee meetings.
