AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 04-75, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2004 TO JUNE 30, 2005.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 04-75, as amended, relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005, is hereby amended by adding
the following project:
POLICE DEPARTMENT:
South Kona Police Station, refueling station, and radio tower
plans, designs, construction $3,685,000
(110.299.5296.68)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from: General
Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund Balance and/or Other Sources $3,685,000
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
