350, Draft 3:

The amendment will reduce Draft 3 Fund Balance appropriation by $1,175,000 to
$4,042,488 (an increase from Draft 1 by $825,000). It further reduces Draft 2 expense to
the Planning Department from $2,000,000 to $750,000 to conduct Community
Development Plans around the Island, and increases Mass Transit OCE by $75,000 to
provide for the continuous transportation services for the disabled, special needs and
senior citizens.
This appropriation will fund the emergency transportation needs and some of the building
blocks needed to coordinate and prioritize infrastructure deficiencies in this County.
