SUBJECT: Resolution 262-04
This extension project by Bolton, Inc. across Walua Rd. had undergone design revisions
at least two times and now has WWD approval.
We do not feel the reimbursement provision applies because all other surrounding
property owners have sewer including the Kona Mansions on TMK 7-5-18:12. WWD
does not anticipate any other projects will be serviced or hooked up within the ten year
timeframe.
